Heidi Kovar

Heidi received her BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to receive her DDS from Texas A&M College of Dentistry.  

She and her husband have a private dental practice in Fredericksburg, TX.  
Outside of the dental office, she stays busy with her 4 children - ages 9 to 15 years.  Both she and her husband are active members of St. Mary's Catholic Church and volunteer regularly at St. Mary's Catholic School where 3 of their 4 children attend school.  

Heidi was originally drawn to Tecaboca because she was looking for an outdoor camp experience for her children that also integrated the Catholic Faith.  Her 4 children have attended summer camp at Tecaboca since 2017.  She joined the Tecaboca Board of Directors in 2020 with the purpose of working towards encouraging other parents to see the benefits of the Tecaboca Camp experience.

In the past, she has served on the technology committee for the St. Mary's Catholic School Council and was a trustee on the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.
